BLAKE NOBLE - ROCK/BLUES & ROOTS/WORLD
Blake Noble went from living in a tent on the beach and busking on the streets of Australia, to packed venues and standing ovations in the music metropolis of Seattle. Wielding a beat-up acoustic guitar like a drum kit with strings-played simultaneously with the deep drone of the ancient Australian Didgeridoo- Noble takes audiences on a journey, devouring influences for fuel. Glimpses of rock, folk, funk, blues, and tribal music have been serving this Aussie expat well for over a decade, creating a truly unique sound and musical approach that capture any audience without singing a single lyric. Noble was taught Didgeridoo by an Aboriginal Elder and given permission to perform and teach for international audiences. He quickly gained recognition in the Seattle music scene, booking top venues and festivals alongside the likes of The John Butler Trio, Mike Love, Giacomo Turra, Jon Gomm, Chris Duarte, Alan White (Yes), John Popper, Lee Oskar (War), Roger Fisher (Heart), Ayron Jones, Hillstomp and more. He also shared a bill on the "Gentlemen of the Road" Tour with Mumford & Sons, Foo Fighters, Dawes, and The Flaming Lips Noble raised over $10,000 on a Kickstarter campaign to produce his first record, "Underdog," featuring Tim Snider (violin) and Cody Beebe (vocals). His next album, "Those Who Know," was met with rave reviews and sold out shows. He has since toured both albums extensively around the Pacific Northwest and internationally throughout Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Most recently, Blake has spent time off the stage to get married, have his first child, and write new music for an eagerly awaited new record. Blake Noble Band will be touring the new album through the U.S. and Europe following its release in 2025.
